Can definitely feel a little extra energy, not like a surge but an overall feeling of being able to go longer than expected. Lack of energy has been a thing for me but when I remember to take them consistently I do notice a difference in mind clarity and just an overall feeling of well being.

Serious antioxidants. I take two in the morning and two in the evening because it seems to spread the effect out. They help with recovery. The pills taste okay their size is reasonable to me. Recently a dietician warned me about body burden and supplements. These pills ease the burden of digestion, it's veggies. Good buy.

Easy to swallow. These have cellulose gel caps that makes them easy to swallow and not too big. Some others are big and uncoated, which makes it hard to swallow because of the grass taste and the size. Good way to get fruits and veggies in your diet when you're a busy person.

Sorry if this is TMI, but someone may be looking for the same thing, so I thought it was important to share. I’ve been having trouble with constipation. I don’t really eat like I should, on top of the fact that I take a medication that causes constipation. I’ve tried everything, stool softeners, laxitives, even enemas, all with no or very little results. I found this and saw that it was supposed to help with that, plus give you energy and thought it would be worth a try. The firs day that I took them, I was able to go. I have been having some cramping since taking them, but I hope once I’m better regulated this will subside. I haven’t noticed an increase in energy yet, but it’s only been a few days. The only bad thing is they have an absolutely terrible vitamin taste. It takes everything in me to keep them down. I wish they came in a better tasting gummy or something like that, but I’m going to try and make it work. I’ve even bought my daughter some, as she doesn’t really like a lot of vegetables. She’s having a hard time with the taste too, but not having and stomach cramping or any other issues.

Been taking these for a few months now and so far so good. I’ve been buying supplements from this company for about 5 years now and the few that I’ve tried have been great, but this one makes the most sense and pretty much noticed a difference right away. Notice way more energy throughout the day and my skin looks more vibrant. i consider myself physically fit and very active and noticed a huge difference when it comes to recovery. Taking this in the morning with lots of water is the equivalent of eating a huge bowl of fruits and vegetables in the morning, I also always try to eat something with them. I went on vacation and my gut was feeling horrible from eating airport food all day and I actually stopped taking these on accident at the time for about a week. I took 4 of these when I got to the hotel and in a couple of hours, the pain and bloating vanished so I know these are the real deal and will try to always stay consistent with them from now on. I also noticed that I dream more vividly and have better hand eye coordination as well. Can’t go wrong with fruits and vegetables, because you know you’re getting all of your vitamins/nutrients from natural sources. 5 stars for me.

Have to take 4 fairly large capsules for their serving recommendation. The font is virtually impossible to read because of how small it is and that's why I'm leaving the review. They should put in large letters or some sort of warning that it contains grapefruit. I've been wondering why it seemed like my medication wasn't working...
