Thick
This is my favorite Soy Sauce, I just like that it is more viscous than the other soy sauces. Makes everything I put it in taste better.

Strong flavour
I find some soy sauces are a bit weak. So you end up using a lot of it. This one is much more potent. OK, so that does seem to make it quite salty but all soy sauces are to a greater or lesser extent. Just don't add salt until you have added the soy sauce. Probably a consequence of its strength, it is thicker than the ones that pretty much have the consistency of water. The first bottle of this had an annoying habit of spraying a bit of soy sauce when the cap was clicked shut (presumably displacing some sauce from inside the lid). However, not had this this time so maybe a slight manufacturing glitch made the cap mechanism a bit fierce. All in all better than the generic supermarket ones
