I have been using Isagenix program on and off since 2010. This is my go to when I feel like I need a kick start to losing weight. I always incorporate a few key products for this program to work: Isalean Shake, Accelerator, IsaFlush and Cleanse. I make a shake in the AM (accelerator) and Lunch (accelerator & healthy snack in between) then a dinner consisting of something like salmon, veggies and brown rice. PM, IsaFlush and cleanse drink. Along with exercising 4-5 days a week (lots of cardio) this program HELPS you reach your goals!!!Remember ..... just taking this accelerator and going about your day eating unhealthy and no exercise will not help you achieve any diet goals. This accelerator will only help if you put in the work as well. There is NO magic pill unless you work with it and do your part.Note : it does not give you the jitters. Currently on my 3rd bottle.At first I was skeptical but besides giving me energy throughout the day, I’m also loosing 2-4 lbs per jar (without any lifestyle changes…not working out but it does curb my appetite and cravings. )Might not sound like much but definitely making a change in my body, clothes feel diff and definitely gives you a boost. I can not specifically testify that this natural accelerator helped me lose weight but I am losing weight and I use this product once a day. The ingredient list contains ingredients that I have read about as "helpful" in promoting weight loss so I will continue taking it until I reach my weight reduction goal which is 50lbs.; I am now at 40lbs gone.

It's okay. I do not experience any side effects. Actually, i don't really experience anything...including weight loss. I have had some energy but have been taking b12 as well so not sure if it's just the b12 or this as well. Their shakes and cleanse for life are awesome though!

This product isn't a stand alone weight loss product. I've been using it more as a supplement to help perk up my metabolism. I have hypothyroidism and all of the unpleasant things that come with that, including extremely slow metabolism.This product has helped alleviate some of those issues.This product combined with the IsaLean protein powder shakes have made some major differences for me as far as the way my body functions.I haven't noticed any weight loss, but more important for me right now is that I'm feeling better. I actually have energy now. And that's one of the first steps in weight loss; being able to get out and work out (in addition to diet change).I will continue to buy these and use them!

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to purchase it even though a lot of people said it didn’t work. I tried it for 2 days and everyone is correct-IT DOESN’T WORK.I felt no added energy. (which I need for my workouts) so the two days I tried working out-it made it hard to push through, as I work out after working 10 hours. I needed an extra boost and this was not it. I will stay with my current supplements.
