For me, this was like a shapewear/mild compression belt with plastic bones. Breathable. Doesn't roll. As advertised.Lacks durability though. The plastic bones can pop out of their places (and poke you in the sides or back), the material will not stand a mild hand wash. Mine came apart at the seams in 4 weeks flat.For this price, it's alright for corset beginners.

Not worth it
Earlier i was using a waist trainer that had plastic plates in it, however it did an wonderful job. This purchase was an absolute disaster. This does not compress your tummy at all,it actually takes the shape of your tummy.There are no enforcement which would actually give you an hour glass figure. It's a complete rip off. Had to send it back.

Quality of the product is not that good. One hook just fall off at first try. It has stretchable fabric so, not super tight. Just a little like of tummy tucker. Although, fabric quality is good and perfect in shape.
