The OOFOS OOmy Zen Recovery Shoes are, without exaggeration, some of the most comfortable shoes we’ve ever worn. If we could use them every single day of our lives, we honestly would. My partner en I both love them.. What we Loved • Walking on a cloud: The cushioning is incredible. After long training sessions or back-to-back running days, slipping into these feels like instant relief. • Perfect for heavy training weeks: As someone who runs multiple times a week and does long-distance races, proper recovery matters. These shoes noticeably reduce foot fatigue and help my legs feel fresher the next day. • Lightweight and supportive: Despite being soft, they offer great arch support and feel stable enough for daily wear. • Breathable and easy to wear: Very comfortable for walking around the house, running errands, or using them post-workout. • You genuinely feel the difference: They take pressure off the feet and joints in a way normal casual shoes simply don’t. This shoe is very comfortable for those who need arch support and a wider toe box. It is true to size. It took a bit to adjust to the heel height/toe ratio. The heel is very cushy and it drops off into a less cushy toe bed. Very comfortable but different than any shoe I have worn. I have washed them twice and they still look new.

Super comfortable. I used to love being barefoot, but love wearing these Oofos when I'm standing on hard surfaces indoors. My feet are on the borderline between being normal width and wide and these have a nice toe box that do not cramp my toes. My feet are also 225mm long and the 6.5 size fit perfectly with thin socks. I have a 3/8-1/2 inch space between the end of my longest toe and the edge of the shoe. I also have narrow heels. Though the heel cups are a little big/loose, it hasn't been an issue for walking around indoors. Will update if prolonged walking outdoors creates any problems. As for the shoe opening, it's fairly easy to slip my foot into the shoe, but that may not be the case for larger sized or wider feet.

I adore these shoes! Before I found OOFOS (recommended by a co-worker), I either had to wear shoes with a completely hard sole, or shoes that could fit my orthotics. These are the first soft-soles shoes that my feet actually like - and really, my feet love them! OOFOS are now the only shoe I want to wear!

I went one full size up based on other reviews, and the shoes fit great. I bought these because I have foot pain from metatarsalgia, and these shoes help with the pain a lot. I'm not a fan of the style, but they are great shoes overall.

I have scoliosis, an extremely high instep/arch, and due to hyper-flexible muscles and tendons in my feet, a bunion has started to develop on my right foot - lucky me! These are THEE absolute most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. I have never in my life had a shoe with this much arch support or room in the toes. It’s incredible. However, because of that high instep I mentioned, I cannot handle how tight the shoe is around my ankle (because it’s like a sock when you put them on). I am returning them because of this, and I ordered the Stride style instead, as it looks like it has a more traditional tennis-shoe opening around the ankle. I will be so sad if the lower part of the shoe is different from this pair because I absolutely loved them. Just can’t handle the tightness around the ankle. If that’s a non-issue for you, don’t even hesitate to buy these shoes. They were amazing!

Im struggling with this. I absolutely love Oofos and they have saved my feet but I ordered these shoes on Feb 12 of 2026 and here I am in May and they have a huge dip in the soles where it has already worn down to thr point that I cant really wear them now because its effecting how I stand. I dont wear them that often. They are my workout shoes for the most part I wear my oofos slides everywhere and they are perfectly fine on the soles. Im just kind of upset that I paid 100 dollars for them 3 months ago and cant wear them.

The shoes have honestly been a game changer for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and foot pain can make it really hard to get through the day. There was a time I could barely walk, and these shoes made a huge difference. They provide amazing cushioning and support, and they really take pressure off your feet. I notice a big reduction in pain when I wear them compared to regular shoes. They’re also lightweight and easy to slip on, which is great when your feet are already hurting and you don’t want to deal with anything complicated or restrictive. Liked them so much I bought multiple colors!
