It isn’t very strong I have not even dropped my phone and it is broken. Second one I bought and I will not buy again

I bought this for my new iPhone. Application was easy, shield feels solid but you barely notice it’s on your phone. Recently I went hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. I twisted my ankle and came down full force of my weight (~150 lbs) right onto the screen of my phone. The screen protector did chip and eventually crack, but got me through the rest of the trip. Submitting a claim was super easy right through the website and I was sent a replacement in virtually no time. Great company, great product, highly recommend and I’ll be using exclusively ZAGG protectors going forward.

I’ve always gone w Zagg bc they will replace the screen protector with just a shipping fee if you register your product with a lifetime guarantee. I can’t count how many times I replaced the one on my old phone and it was totally hassle-free! I love the new install method with the tray. It helped for a quick, easy, and perfectly aligned install. I felt like a fancy phone salesman! It looks so good, no bubbles. Photo is the aftermath of the install, but only took me 5 minutes bc I’m meticulous. Satisfying to put this on :)

Shield protects phone but do not count on warranty. Purchased 2 of these for 2 phones. One phone fell and screen cracked in 3 spots. Initiated warranty on Zagg site (can't do on Amazon) and after having to pay $10 to have the free replacement shipped, has been stuck in fulfillment for 2 weeks. There is NO WAY to talk to a human at Zagg. No 800#, Chat is AI and keeps suggesting different questions to ask but cannot help when order is stuck. Will not let you talk to a human there. So overall - this is a purchase with NO warranty. Keep that in mind if you buy this. Calling credit card company to get my shipping back since I will never get my "free" replacement of broken screen.

I am very hard on my phones. I have gone through very expensive screens and very cheap screens and this one is the best. I purchased the extra warranty and I’ve been through countless replacements but it’s worth it. The glass has broken but not shattered and it has protected my screen every time. It’s easy to put on, you can’t really tell anything is on it, doesn’t interfere with typing or talking-10/10 recommend.
