Supposed to be the same pillow asi ordered years ago but not much support and weighs about half of what the original weighed

It's fullness is just right
I sleep without heat in my bedroom and this pillow offers the most cool comfort although it does need to be turned occasionally to find the cool spot.

Not what they used to be
I have an older IsoCool pillow and purchased a new one after I accidentally left my older one at an AirBnB. The IsoCool pillow I received today weighs half of what my previous one did and offers far less support. Very disappointed and will likely be returning.Edited to add - product returned and full refund obtained.

Great Pillow!
This was a Christmas present for my daughter, however, I have had 3 of my own and they never wear out. They are firm, supportive and very comfortable. I have always kept pillow case protective covers on them so they look like new even though I have had them for 12+years. I don’t think you can buy a better pillow!!

Less firm than older ISO cool pillows.
We have an older (over5years) ISO cool pillow, but this one is much lighter and less firm. We asked to return it. The seller was supposed to contact us, but we never heard from them.

Not quite as firm as the original Isotonic pillow I have. It is comfortable and cool though.
