Perfect for our LG washer! Our washer is about 10 years old and we were worried we would have to get a new washer if there were no new replacement parts. We are so happy this for our front loading LG washer. Perfect fit and working like new.

Noisy When Installed.
I received this item in an envelope and not a box. It arrived damaged and I had to return it. It was promptly replaced but the sent the next one in an envelope also. It survived the shipping. My electrician used a Youtube video for the instructions of how to install the pump and the process was not difficult as he is mechanically inclined. He did not remove the hoses attached to the pump. He just removed the pump and put the new one in it's place. He did not need the gasket that came with the pump. Once the machine was put back together, I ran a rinse cycle and the pump made a loud rumbling sound when it began to pump the water out. Next time I will order the part directly from LG. But in the meantime, I will live with this noisy pump.

Perfect fit, fast shipping, excellent price!
My LG Front Load washer (WM2701HV) wasn’t draining and was making an unsettling noise when it tried. Believe it or not, found one of those green straws that go into a familiar coffee chain’s cup sip lid, lodged in the removeable drain filter housing. Pulled the drain motor and the rotating fins had the ends grinded off.Put this drain pump back in and it’s good as new. Perfect fit. Fast shipping and excellent price. Helped me get over my green straw anger issues without even a minute of sensitivity training.

Poor Quality - VERY NOISY
This is a poor quality non OEM part. It was very loud the entire time. It only lasted 13 months and failed. This was the 2nd pump that they sent me as the 1st one was damaged in shipping. Do not recommend. Pay the extra money for a quiet OEM pump.

Don't Waste Your Time ....
Easy install but only lasted 6 months. Pay the extra money to get an OEM part that will last. You get what you pay for - buyers beware ....
