I just received the Realive food steamer today. Disappointed.
I had one a few years ago, that looked exactly like this one. In the picture it shows, it looks exactly the same. However, when I received it, the plastic, was NOT a hard clear plastic, like I expected. It is a milky white, soft plastic, not clear as shown. It is not as shown. It is disappointing that they didn't send the product shown, but instead a cheaper version. I am seriously starting to not trust Amazon, because of other low quality items that I have received through them.

Easy Peasy Veggie Steamy!!
I have used this almost daily since I received this streamer. I love that you can tier it & steam more than one veggie at a time. They turn out perfectly steamed & it is super easy to clean.

We love it!
This product works great! It is quite sturdy but I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the cover is the thinnest plastic. However like I said it DOES work great! My so steamed some broccoli in the 20 min. Timeframe it said to & it was cooked perfectly!

NO MANUAL
I haven't been able to use it because it didn't come with ANY instructions. Absolutely ZERO instructions. I prefer written instructions, however, I have found a couple of you tube videos. I shouldn't have to rely on that for a manual; the manufacturer should have included one. I definitely don't recommend this product for this reason.

Stop looking right now and buy this
Very easy to use and VERY fast clean up. I can cook zucchini and cabbage in exactly 10 minutes, carrots took about 30. Overall great purchase, I would have paid $60 for the quality of this steamer.

Stopped effectively steaming
Loved it at first but after one or two uses it took three times as long to steam. Broccoli would be in basket for 45 min or an hour (on bottom tier) and still be hard.

Was designed well. One can take lid off safely. Steams great.

Time saver
Love putting the meat, veggies, and rice/potatoes in each compartment, setting the time, and in 20 minutes or so, dinner is ready. Healthy and easy.
