Are these a one day bag or would they hold snacks like goldfish & such in a classroom for up to a month?

When I pack single servings of dry snacks like goldfish crackers or pretzel sticks in lunch bags, I will reuse these paper bags multiple times, maybe up to a couple of weeks. For some snacks, like chips, grease soaks into the paper, and I wouldn't use it to store dry snacks for many days if it is being opened and closed because there isn't a seal to keep those items from going stale.

Where are these made?

As of 2022, our final product is assembled and packaged in North Carolina, USA. The materials used to produce Lunchskins bags is sourced in Hong Kong. B-Corp certification requires that ALL our that our partners meet rigorous standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices, and environmental responsibility. We are actively searching for a North American / European partner to source our sustainable materials going forward but have found them difficult to procure given supply limitations and access to specific testing requirements. The US/North America does not currently produce the materials and testing that we require for our brand (no greenwashing here!). Our BPI-Certification was also awarded outside of the US due to the fact there are no current BPI testing facilities domestically. We are working very hard with our local regulators to do all that we can to ensure that the US is stringent on sustainability. Can you use these to store pieces of cut cheese?

Id say no because they are paper and the air gets in so it will get hard just like my bread did

do they come in a gallon size?

Currently, Lunchskins does not offer the paper food storage bags in a Gallon size. These bags are equivalent to a quart size bag, and are very roomy. Lunchskins will soon be introducing a plant-based food storage gallon bag with a pinch top. Keep an eye out for it!
