I gave this 5 stars because it was delivered very quickly but also, although I have only just started reading it, what I have read so far is good and the lady who we are seeing for health issues could not rate it more highly [she is very good] - it's not about being fat but what food has previously been classified as unhealthy is in fact not correct - worth a read
