Tac Gel Electrically Conductive Adhesive Gel for TENS and EMS

ok here we go, I have taken a while to make my comment so I could use the gel for a while to give a fair feedback report. First the gel works and works fine, it does what it says on the box. You don't need to apply alot of gel to the pads, you DON'T need to squeeze the tube, just unscrew the lid and what is already visible will be enough. Just rub what you can see onto the pads in a circle formation movement and it will be enough, so remember don't squeeze, there's no need to. I would then say still the pads onto the plastic covers you have and leave for about 24 hours to give it time to set. I must warn you that when you first put them on your skin they will leave a sticky gel mark on your skin but this wears off as you use it. I gel does stay wet all the time and so you your skin is going to feel a bit sticky afterwards. It is a shame you can't buy a gel that will dry on the pad but stay sticky all the time, like the pads are when you first buy them. I have not tried any of the other products but would say that this does work but remember the sticky gel is going to stick to you unless anyone else has any ideas to get over this. I use mine everynight and I would say that the gel will last anywhere between a week and two weeks per application. This depends on how much you move it around the area you are working on. I tend to move it from one area to another a few times, when the get is first applied it does conduct better but as the get wears off, then of course you will feel the difference and will have to either turn the power up or apply pressure over the pads while they are been used.

Bought to prolong the life of medical electrodes and it is doing the job fine.

Works well but use only a tiny amount or you'll be smothered with sticky stuff after peeling the electrodes off.

Tac gel works really well on used tens type pads provided you apply it after only three or four uses of the original pad. use sparingly and allow to dry then its great.Arrived when they said it would

Love the purchase

I purchased this in the hope of extending the life of my Cefaly electrodes but the gel, which needs using extremely sparingly, sticks to your skin and it feels like you are tearing your skin off when removing the electrode pad. It also leaves the sticky gel behind on your skin. It gets everywhere and I wouldn't recommend it for Cefaly electrodes.

Very sticky. does leave a little residue sometimes, but easy to remove. seems like this will last a life time!

This does what it says. It extends the life of pads for few more sessions.
