Love this salt system. It was easy to install and works great! We have only had two minor sensor issues in 2 years, but customer service is very helpful and responsive. Sent replacement sensors right away. Recommend 100%

I purchased the system in April of 23 and worked great until it started displaying HOT on the screen. I contacted customer service and they were quick to get me the parts I needed to fix it under the warranty. They stand by their product and are very helpful.

Please read this before you spend your money! First, I am an ASE certified master automobile technician. While this does not mean that I need to be working on pools, it does mean that I do have a very good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical repairs. I installed the Blue Works 40K chlorinator system in under two hours including all of the plumbing and electrical connections. The system was turned on and assumed to be working based on the readings from the control panel. I had purchased a comprehensive salt water test kit and began monitoring the water every day to help make certain to keep the water balance correct. The chlorine levels continued to drop every day no matter how high I turned up the output. The Blue Works display panel showed significantly lower chlorine levels than my testing did. I took a water sample to my local pool supply store who's readings of the water were nearly identical to what I showed. I contacted Blue Works to speak to them about the problem that I was experiencing. The individual who I spoke with was clearly not in the United States and was difficult to understand at best. I later learned that she is based in Asia which also explained why all of the email responses occurred very late at night. Don't be fooled by the North Carolina address where the product ships from. I answered every question in detail that they requested. Three days in a row, they asked questions, requested photos, and never gave any answers. They even asked the same questions over and over without regards to having answered them previously. After 15 text messages, 4 Amazon messages, and 11 emails in the three day period, I had had enough. On the morning of the forth day I requested a member of management to contact me. They were unwilling to allow me to speak with anyone else. They only agreed to send me a mailing label so that I could dismantle my system and ship back parts. I would then have to wait for them to ship them back to see if it would work. I was already out over $1000.00 with no functioning system. I requested to them that they could ship me the new parts and I would happily send them back the defective one after my system was up and running correctly. They refused unless I paid them for another system in advance. At that point, I ordered a new system from another manufacturer and I am boxing the Blue Works system so that Amazon can refund the money. At least Amazon is standing up for the products that they sold, even if Blue Works is not!

Great saltwater chlorinator. Very easy to install and use and I'm very happy with the product. Company was great to work with for warranty issue as well. Highly recommend this product.

I had an issue with my salt clorine generator system status indicating hot on my display. I contacted Blue Works and after sending some pictures to them they wasted no time at all and responded very quickly and will be sending a new part that will fix the temperature sensor error.

Came with all attachments, fittings, etc needed.Flow Indicator was in great shape and CLEARLY MARKED for flow direction - something that wasn't done on my previous unit.Instructions were clear and gave multiple options for the installer to do his work.Unit is 110 and 220 compatible?! Did not know this! Excellent product.My pool is 23k and since installing this product the pool as been SPARKLING.absolutely fantastic product, on part with Hayward, with about 1/2 the price! Great value.WORD TO THE WISE:DO NOT GET A LARGER SYSTEM THAN WHAT YOU NEED:I have seen negative reviews where folks are talking about how the 40k gallon system did not work for their 15k gallon pool... be within 15% of your pool size, otherwise, the ratio of salt/water/chlorination isn't going to process correctly!My pool is 22-23k so I got the 25k version. Make sure to know how the size of your pool before buying it!Update: 6/21I was going to leave a negative review here because I was getting 0000 for salt readout - which is obviously not helpful and led me to rely on a water test from a local company to determine what the salinity of the water was (they were wrong) - e-mailed support and got a call back within an hour!They walked me through resetting the jumpers on the unit (was set to 240 by the installer, should have been 120!) and the system is now working great... now I need to drain the pool and refill it to lower the salt content but that is NOT the fault of Blue Works!The customer support was fantastic!Update 7/27/2020The pool has been almost entirely maintenance-free, outside of clearing skimmers and the like - Pool clarity is crystal!I have to give some special thanks to Dave over at Blue Works Customer Support who helped me troubleshoot the initial installation (Which was performed wrong by a professional!).Customer Support for the product, again, I cannot stress, is fantastic! Will be recommending to anyone who has a pool considering a saltwater conversion to check out Blue Works! Way better priced than other brands! Can I give 6 stars?! I want to!!!
