Q: Why the small is $8 more than the large? It's too much I would pay 10-14 but not over.

I know it seems strange but this happens sometimes when there are multiple sellers listing the same product. If one size becomes more popular over others it drives the price down for that size leaving less popular sizes the same.

Q: I'm a 16 year old guy and my height is about 5'4 or 5'5 and I weigh about 130 what size should I get?

Not knowing how loose you wear your clothing I would have to say a medium. Our shirts use a standard (basic) tee sizing scale so you should also be able to look at any basic tee in your closet and be able to base it off of that.
