I ordered three lunch boxes so that all family members can go to picnic with their pre-packed lunches of choice. The lunch boxes arrived and I noticed that one of the lid was broken in side. We immediately contacted seller and they graciously sent a replacement lid. Couldn't be happier!!! :)On the product itself, its a great lunch box with three dishes option. Box is solid metal (I think polished aluminum). I think it will be great for cold food for entire day and mildly-hot food can also be Ok for 1-2 hours of packing.Overall, I am very happy with the customer service and product both. Will order again if needed.

I will change my rating when I get a replacement lid. I don't want to return the items because I need it for my kid's homeschool. Also,the bento tray itself looks nice, sturdy and easy to clean. I'm not sure yet because I just opened the package. The only issue is the lid. Both of them were already cracked. Please send me a replacement lid and I will change my review rating. Thank you.UPDATE:Never heard from the seller after few months. Don't buy from them. Just because I said I will not return the product because I need it and I just asked for a replacement lid does not mean I am satisfied with the product. There are other sellers who sell the trays with no lids at half the price compared to this seller. Had I known that I will not get what I really needed which are the lids, I could have chosen the ones without lids because what I got were already cracked and not functioning as intended. Sadly, the seller decided to ignore my request so they don't deserve sales. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SELLER.

I use it mostly for making adult lunchable type meals for work. The lid snaps on in 8 different spots and it's sturdy. Because it's metal it cannot go in the microwave. I especially like that it separates your food so nothing touches. My family makes fun of me and calls it my "prison plate".

This looks good and the stainless steel is fine. The compartments are a bit smaller than I imagined (pay attention to dimensional measurements). Unfortunately, the kid is not really tight-fitting, which is the main draw-back about the item, for me.

The container is nice and useful, except that I was never able to put the lid on, I don't know if it is smaller than the container.

My husband has Parkinson's. This is great for his feeding himself. Each compartment is 3/4 "s deep.. Keeps food in tray. It's metal, also helps keep food warmer longer.

Would have been nice to have a lid but the quality is really poor. Mine came cracked. The plate itself is fine and sturdy. You can the plates without the lid by the same seller in a two pack for $16.99. This product with lid is $14.99 which means the lid itself is about $6. Too bad. But the good news is if you really wanted the lid to cut back on using Saran Wrap or aluminum foil, you can order the two pack and use 1 gallon zipper food bags. They fit nicely in them.
