Perfect fit, had the foam insulation when others didn't
Perfect fit for 2004 Taurus. Has the foam and many others don't offer it, so would've had to scrape off the old foam gasket... Not pretty. Great price, fast delivery. Works great! Already installed and heater is back on. Great replacement part!

Good product (get new clamps)!!!
Good product, simple and basic in a good way, do yourself a favor though and buy new hose clamps. The original clamps on my 2007 ford taurus were spring clamps and a pain to remove and replace, I suggest clamps that can tighten with a screwdriver or socket.

Very nice and sturdy product also came with the adhisvise padding...good price. As far as installation i believe changing a heater core is a difficult task

Fit just fine
Replaced a few months ago. Still working just fine. Not quite as heavy-duty as original. Didn't come with seal as pictured.

Decent Price but Missing Pieces
The heater core came in as promised but it did not have the foam seal as advertised.

Works 100% Hot - Hot - Hot
NOT OEM - It is 100% compatible! The OEM removed was considerably heavier. The replacement was lighter but the dimensions LxWxH Spot on 100%. The fins on the OEM were wider and filled the void of the heater core frame . The replacement was not as deep fins were not as wide . If this sounds confusing let's try this analogy... The fins of the OEM filled the box 95% within the frame. The compatible was 75% wide within the frame. So the OEM has more surface area to transfer heat into the box that feeds your blower. But, kid you not the car is cranking out heat above and beyond the call of duty. Totally satisfied with this purchase. 2003 FORD Taurus.
