I got this for my Epson WF-3520, and it worked perfectly. Very easy to install, you don't even need a screwdriver. Pop out the old box, put this in. It's just a plastic box with pads to absorb the extra ink that gets wasted during normal printer operations. Over time, the pads get saturated and won't absorb any more ink.

I have had my Workforce 3520 for several years and I did not even know that there was such a thing as a maintenance tank. My printer stopped working and gave me a message that my maintenance tank needed to be replaced. After some research (and help from my son) I found that it is a container that receives the overflow ink when your printer is cleaning the heads. It has something that looks like a piece of white felt or blotting paper in it. If you didn't have the maintenance tank you would have a mess in your printer.The hard thing is determining which model of maintenance tank you need. Go to the service section of the Epson web site and search using your printer model. Then buy from whichever Amazon dealer you want. Mine arrived in about four days. This model of maintenance tank is used for more than one printer model but other models will use different maintenance tanks. Make sure you order the right one.On my WF-3520 the maintenance tank is in the back right of the printer. You have got to open the back feed guide first then remove the maintenance tank. Clean the area of the maintenance tank and slide the new maintenance tank in. Close the back feed guide and you should be able to print as soon as the printer resets. Mine worked fine once I got the tank and installed it.

Been getting warning that it's full for a month or more now. Ordered this and it came quickly and was easy to remove the old and put in the new. Been buying Swift Ink cartridges through last, maybe, 3 Epson printers and about to stop with this current cartridge buy and this maintenance box replacement and put in service a new brother MFC-J4535 Brother printer (with large ink capacity!) I bought a moth or two ago. Only issue with the Epson - not so fast, but generally OK for home use - was continual warnings of no-Epson ink cartridges. Did not make me happy - got this because of an auto-download apparently - s/w upgrade to tell if I was using Epson cartridges. When this happened, I decided NO MORE EPSON PRINTERS. Now just using up the last few cartridges, though I did have to get this Maintenance Tank.

Ordered the ink box and installed it like the directions show. No issue with it and it is easy.

I'm an 86 year old woman, definitely not a teckie. I had this installed and working, following the little pictorial instructions attached to it, within five minutes of its delivery. No problem at all.

In the middle of a big printing of newsletters that have to get out, our printer decided that the maintenance box needed to be replaced. We’ve had our ET-16500 for several years and countless major printings and didn’t even know this box could be replaced. Amazon to the rescue. Ordered it yesterday and here today and we are back in business. Popped the used box out and put this one in and all is well. Going to order another one and put it away for the next time, even if it never has to be replaced again.

Finally ready to replace my maintenance box after ordering these a few months ago. Although it fits, the machine did not recognize and would not operate. Bummer....money down the drain.
