Standard equipment for the professional Home Inspector
Durable, easy to use, fits in a pocket easily and color coding is intuitive for clients to understand in a report. My first one lasted about 10 years before it disappeared. Comes with a tool to allow calibration to be checked, valuable if your report is being used in court. There are cheaper and more expensive meters, but this one hits the sweet spot.

Excellent little device that tells you all you need to know about the moisture content. the history of the moisture content and is very accurate. With a little knowledge of how to interpret your findings this easy to use and accurate tool is really good at finding out what you need to know about damp in a given structure. Good tool for professional surveys .

Un moment que j'étudie ce qui se fait à droite à gauche .. je revenais toujours à ce modèle. Un peu plus cher certes , mais malgré tout accessible. Testé ce jour dans 2 immeubles (usage pro de gestion immobilière) .. il a parfaitement rempli le contrat. Sentiment de robustesse, précision, réactivité ... pointes semblent solides, housse de protection, pointes de rechange. Bref il a l'air parfait, je ne regrette pas ... a voir sur la durée. édit octobre 2019 quasiment un an après achat le matériel, pourtant sollicité, n a pas bougé .. fiable et précis dans les mesures Édit avril 2021 Fonctionnement toujours impeccable
