As you'd expect , don't need much on a normal 4kg wash but more if larger loads. Being quite thick it doesn't always clear the conditioner tray as it's more concentrated. Conditioner gets siphoned out of the tray not the same way detergent does . Wish manufacturers would do something different on washing machines as its been that way on every machine for decades. Something needs addressing. More natural softeners which aren't concentrated get better dispersed into the washing than thicker concentrates . On balance it's a great smell , not feminine or flowery like a lot are these days. Guarantee you every person who buys fabric conditioner will be on the aisles sniff testing them to find the one they like. As opposed to waving your finger in the air and foing " I'll take that one" Would I buy again? yes I would i mix mine with the normal conditioner for that extra smell .

I could really smell this in my washing and it smells so nice

The wife loves the scent of this and finds that the clothes come out a lot softer a bit expensive, but it is a good product
