Two kits have been received; first one - heater/vibrator unit did not work, second one - loose connection in the cable to the mouthpiece. Then I gave up.The supplied whitener gel pen did not last long enough for the suggested 14 day course.All in all, it’s quite a disappointing performance.

Ordered this for myself must say it’s brilliant. I have very sensitive teeth so wasn’t many products I could use without that horrible sensation that’s left in your gums and teeth whilst this product worked a treat no pain and my teeth are definitely whiter 😁

Doesn't whiten teeth. No fluorescent light which i thought there was. Without the light teeth won't whiten. It just vibrates. Been using it a few months now and not even one shade lighter did i go. It's supposed to heat up too and it doesn't

The product have made my teeth a bit whiter and my dentist notice this as well but there was no light on my one or it didn't work

I assumed this was UV light to help whiten the teethNot at all the case,If you want a massage maybe it’s for you

I'm very happy and impressed with the results, so I had to come here and share my experience. It's been almost a week and the difference is noticable. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture to do "before/after", but it's really incredible!

Does actually work! I’ve tried loads of teeth whitening products before, most of which don’t do anything but this product does actually whiten your teeth a couple of shades. Really impressed.

I have been using this product for approximately 4 weeks and have seen no significant difference .... because the device does not light up like other brands it is hard to no whether it is working or not .... but that said i still have not seen any improvement..... very disappointed.
