Louise L. Hay books are incredible. It's as if the Holy Spirit wrote them. "Heal Your Body A-Z" has become my bible. It works everytime, EVERYTIME! Try it. You won't go wrong. I am not only healty my financial life is alive and well. I owe it all to Louise L Hay's teachings. I listen and I hear what she is saying, then I focus on one issue at a time. I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant at first about her beliefs but I was open minded and and now I see "the light" lol. I found this cd very helpful for discovering my spiritual self. I listen to it every now and then to remember what she said...that we are all responsible for what happens in our lives. Our thoughts lead to our emotions and our emotions leads to what we give out and what we get back from the universe. Very happy I found this CD!

Though initially Louise Hay's ideas may seem a little 'out there', this CD has great thoughts to contemplate, and I love her VERY direct approach on self-acceptance. Basically her approach is 'You are good enough' - END OF STORY!! Her advice to stop beating yourself up and criticizing yourself is so direct it couldn't help but sink in!If you're looking to find a deeper peace within yourself, this CD will give you some great strategies to help you do just that!

Louise is someone I always turn to when my life is in the toilet. She never fails to help me reach a better place. Can listen in the car or whenever it's convenient. Each time you listen, you'll pick up on something new and useful.

The book is helpful. Similar to talking with a counselor. The religious aspect should be left out because it's not true for everyone. Rather, spirituality should be referenced instead of presenting the author's religion as the only one.

Louise is a great speaker and everything she says is so simple and makes so much sense. This book really brought me back to reality in a good way. Our thoughts really do have the power to change our lives.

Outstanding!! Outstanding!! Louise Hay is a gift that the universe needs. The book and CD set offers a roadmap to understandingself and how we create in our lives. It brought me to something I had forgotten. The power of affirmations and visualizations toget what you most want in life.

Very good course

One of my favourite CDs to listen in a car . Each time I listen to it - I can pick more new understanding of myself . Louise Hay is amazing teacher to follow.

The voice doesnt fit the words. I was expecting some thing calmer and softer. It is a repeat of the book I know, so you can't go wrong on that score. Still gets the message accross.
