Easy installation, decent quality, high-end appearance and high btu center burner hit all the buttons for me all for a good price. Orifices for LPG included if needed. Poor instructions was only downside.

This stovetop arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It also arrived 3 days sooner than the original estimate. The old stovetop that this replaced was a little smaller than this one and I had to enlarge the hole slightly but it was an easy fix that I was expecting. Once the opening was prepared the cooktop dropped easily into place and the hookups were simple to attach. Don't use the supplied Teflon tape as it is not the proper tape for gas connections. I used pipe thread compound to install the regulator to the cooktop and the flared fittings do not require any sealant. I had to swap out the orifices from natural gas to propane but that was fairly simple. The cooktop seems to be well made and the grates are heavy cast iron and it really made a difference in the looks of my outdated kitchen. I also purchased the 4 year protection plan just in case I have problems but after seeing it I doubt it will be needed but its good to have the peace of mind. If you're looking for a good cooktop for a very low price I would recommend this one.

I write because of the negative reviews. First, this is a Chinise stove at about a third of the us made stoves so expect things to be a little less than perfect. Second, I only had to open the cutout 2.5 inches wider each side than the original 32" and was easy to install. Third, it works fantastic. The flames are clean and blue, the knobs function well, as well as the thermocouples and piezo ignition system. The grates are heavy duty quality cast iron and have rubber feet on them to keep them from moving around. It is relatively easy to clean. I bought it for the double ring burner in the middle which is fantastic. I am very happy with my purchase. It had no damage from shipping and was packaged VERY well. Is already jetted for Natural gas. Propane jets are in baggie.

great looks, easy to install. unit that i got had Natural gas set up. regulator you must install in the correct direction then attach gas line. Ignition requires that you depress the handle, rotate and wait 3 seconds after flame burns thus warming the safety thermocoupler. great safe way to run unit.

Hey Mike, the burners on this stove very little control meaning that you have to actually turn the burner off to get the heat low enough not to burn anything. The center burner will not stay lit always fizzes out. I have two of these stove tops installed in my kitchen and it's the same issue on both stove tops. I have tried numerous ways to contact the vendor through email and phone call and cannot get any assistance to help me fix the stoves. I do not wish the stove tops to be replaced only to work properly if it means that I have to install a new regulators or different burner Nozzles I just want them to let me know.

I love my new cooktop. My kitchen looks a professional kitchen. I love the cooking came alive again. I enjoy it so much that I keep wondering what I should cook next I highly recommend this product came quick easy and install was easy. Also, I had a professional do it as it is propane.
