Dirty and Stained
I bought this school blouse for my niece who is starting school, I was appalled when it showed up in this condition. Covered in stains and marks, looks like it is second hand or has been sent out again after someone else has returned it. I’m am upset that it was sent out in this condition but if it washed out I wouldn’t be so fussed but the stains aren’t coming out in the wash therefore it is unwearable it has been put in the bin, very unhappy.
