Ever Clean Clumping Cat Litter Extra Strong Clumping Cat Litter, Scented for Long-lasting freshness, 10L

I use a Litter Robot 4, automatic litter machine (which has changed my life and worth every penny). This litter is excellent, I have the automatic litter refill/top attachment on the LR and I tried Tesco clay litter, but the dust was unbelievable. This litter is pretty much dust free when filling the hopper and in use in the LR. If forms good clumps and they don't stick to the LR liner or break up when it runs it's empty cycle 7 minutes after my cat uses it. There is no bad odour from the litter bed, partly because stuff doesn't stay in there long enough, or break up into small pieces to contaminate the bed. I do use the scented one which is not overpowering, smells pleasant and no doubt helps with smells. I have a small litter trap mat in front of the LR and have very little litter tracking. If you have a LR, I would recommend this litter. It is more expensive, but worth every penny. I always used to use Catsan natural clumping (vegetable based) litter, which controlled odours very well, but was simply bad for the LR as it doesn't clump well, breaks up and sticks to the litter robot liner.

I NEVER LEACE REVIEWS BUT FOR THIS I HAD TOO I’ve tried all of the cat litters from catsan to sani cat and I can tell you that this one is the best one you will find on the market EVERCLEAN is perfect excellent absorbency, nice big clumps even if your cat has runny poo, it’s easy to remove because it clumps so well. And the best part is you don’t get any smell I thought I would’ve at least smelt the poo after being out at work all day for the first time when I came home at Tray was full of poo but you couldn’t smell it as soon as you open the front door. With the other litters I used the first thing you could smell as soon as you walked into My house was urine and poo and it was so revolting so the fact that this ever clean cat litter completely grabs the smell tells you that this product is good, it may be slightly more priced but in the long run It works out better and it is worth it because it does actually last . You won’t regret it

Fantastic litter, I've tried a few other even from the same brand but this is the only one that seems to not have the 'litter' smell. It feel's fully deoderising. Very impressed, it is fine grain, so be conscious on how you clean up and hoover after use, but the clumping and smell properties make it so worth it. I don't think I will buy another litter. Clumps really well and absorbs large amounts of cat pee into easy to pick up clumps.

I've been using this for over a year now and have found it to be very good for absorbing, clumping, and minimising odours. It also hold a decent amount (of course depending on the size of the tray, too). I've much preferred it to other brands I've used that had a much stronger odour. The only downsides I would say is the clumps can break apart at times which makes it difficult to scoop out all of the pee, and the litter sometimes sticks to my cat's paws and it gets tracked away from the litter tray. Not ideal, but again, better than some others I've tried. I would recommend.

Seriously. I almost never write reviews but I've been meaning to write this review for the past few weeks because every time that I clean the cat litter, I'm like "This cat litter is AH-MAY-ZING!" I have several litter boxes around the house since my old man Hamish (#hamishofwales if you're interested) decided the entire house was his garden. I have a large, covered kitty litter box with a flap and that stupid charcoal "filter" that we all know does nothing in the small toilet, I have a corner one on the stairs and another on a landing. Our house started to just stink and while I'm not going to get rid of any of my animals, the smell was embarrassing. I tried every litter under the sun. Clumping, non-clumping, clay, wood pellets (not bad), even added those 'crystals' to the litter. And Hamish was doing pretty stinky poo, too (sorry to gross you out). So the little powder room/toilet was just a stink trap. I bought this litter on sale during a Prime Sale Day and I've been absolutely OVER THE MOON! The high points: * The fineness of the granules does the job. It's like sand from a Tahitian beach for goodness sake! So when you scoop, it takes only exactly what's stuck to the waste, and leaves the rest. So much less waste than any other litter I've used. * It simply does not hold odour in! When I remove the covers of the boxes to clean the litter now, all I get is a fresh scent. Honestly! The scent is nice and mellow, too -- not overpowering at all. The little toilet no longer smells at all when you walk in. * It lasts forever! I used to have to completely change the cat litter every few days because of the smell and the waste when I was scooping. Now I do a Full Service on the litter boxes only once every 2-3 weeks. No, seriously. And I just got a new kitten, too (#macofwales), who spends his free time ripping up things and singing in the litter box while he relieves himself every 20 minutes. The only thing that isn't PERFECT about this litter is that does track a little bit (but ALL litter does that. And at least these granules are so fine that they don't get crushed underfoot and can be swept up very quickly. I also put a medium door mat under the box and that's pretty much cured any stray bits. I can't say enough about this litter. Get it. You won't be disappointed. And this is a 100% independent evaluation! I promise. :)

Just got some new moggies, who need to stay indoors for a time. We used to use Catsan with our past moggies, which was pretty good at masking the odour. We tried the unscented version of this, and the odour from the litter tray was awful still, so we tried the scented version and it was a massive improvement. The wife went away for a few days and I was dreading having to sort the litter tray (I am a major wimp and expected to be gagging!). With the scented litter, no problem! No awful smells in the room at all! Solid clumps where the cats had urinated, easy to remove with a cat litter scoop, and the poo was coated with the litter and barely any smell. I thought the scent might bother the moggies, but it doesn't seem to. Because the granules are quite small, there does tend to be some flicked outside of the tray, but hey-ho. I never thought I would say it but this is better than Catsan. Only annoyance is that I just went to order some more and it was quite a lot more expensive than a few weeks ago, and now cheaper to get from a well-known pet supplies chain. I think maybe Amazon ar out of stock and the buying options are from 3rd-parties as not showing with Prime delivery either.

We adopted a stray cat three months ago who, until the previous day, had been an 'entire' male - he is 2 - 3 years old. He is a very clean cat and used his litter tray from the very beginning, but his urine was VERY pungent. We were given a clay based litter to begin with, but quickly changed this to the wood pellet type, but this did not reduce the strong odour so I looked at several litters on Amazon, read the reviews and, although quite pricey, decided to try Ever Clean. Wow, what a result! It does exactly what it says it does, and the strong urine smell disappeared immediately, and I mean immediately! We are delighted. You do need to follow the manufacturers advice and allow a depth of 7 cms in the tray. This way, solid waste is easily covered by the cat and urine and smell is locked in as the litter clumps. At a depth of 7 cms. the liquid does not reach the bottom of the tray and the clumps and solid waste are easily and cleanly removed with a scoop. Topping up with fresh litter maintains the depth and consequently Ever Clean is economical to use as the whole of the litter does not need replacing every time. There is a small amount of tracking outside of the tray (the litter is very fine), but this is easily swept up, or, as we do, use a hand-held vacuume. We have just received our third order of Ever Clean via Amazon having been told to expect it between the 1st. and 27th. November. It arrived on 1st. and we are very pleased with the service provided. Each order has arrived well packed for transit, but a warning, the litter is quite heavy! If I could give ten stars for the litter and the service provided, I would. As another reviewer said, this litter is AMAZING!

This is great stuff and clumps together great so the smell isn't there BUT went to buy again and it's gone from £14 to £24 !!!! I won't buy again at that price but will if it goes down again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich habe dieses Katzenstreu von einem Kollegen empfohlen bekommen und bin wirklich völlig begeistert. Der Unterschied zu meinem bisherigen Streu aus dem Discounter ist enorm. Es entsteht kaum Staub, die Flüssigkeitsaufnahme ist hervorragend und insgesamt wirkt alles deutlich hochwertiger. Am besten gefällt mir aber der Geruch. Das Katzenstreu riecht angenehm frisch, fast wie frisch gewaschene Wäsche. Seitdem riecht meine Wohnung deutlich angenehmer und mehrere Gäste haben mich sogar darauf angesprochen, dass es frischer in der Wohnung wirkt. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher, aber meiner Meinung nach absolut gerechtfertigt. Eine Packung hält bei mir ungefähr einen Monat und dadurch lohnt es sich trotzdem. Außerdem ist es sehr praktisch, dass man es direkt bestellen kann und nicht selbst schwere Säcke schleppen muss. Für mich definitiv eines der besten Katzenstreus, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe – klare 5 Sterne und absolute Empfehlung!
