TriNova Leather Conditioner and Cleaner

Does a good job and smells nice. My car's leather is 25 years old

It is a fantastic product that really cleans your leather. I had water stains on my leather chairs, and after applying the product, the stains completely disappeared. Do not hesitate to buy this product.

We own two cream leather couches (about 3 years old) and had never got around to conditioning them. Terrible, I know. We used this product and, although we had cleaned them regularly with soap and water, they are now the color they were when we first purchased them. They are shiny and much softer to the touch. Just like healthy leather should be. The product was very simple to use. Our only problem was the buffer pad did get too dirty to use after the first couch. When we moved to the second couch we could see it was not cleaning as well as the first so we stopped, washed the buffer pad, let it dry, and started again. BIG difference. So, if you are using the product be sure the pad is clean or you may not be satisfied with the results. We did an oversized loveseat twice, a two-recliner couch with a center console twice, and two seats in our truck and we still have some product left. We did also apply very generously because, as I said, they needed it. I strongly recommend this product if you own leather furniture. The smell is also not offensive or too strong. We applied this at night right before bed and in the morning you could not smell anything.

Hey everyone, Mike Jones here again with another quick and concise Amazon review.So up today we have the TriNova Leather Conditioner and Cleaner, 18 oz. I really do like this product very much. It is quite easy to use and will definitely clean and polish your leather. I am using this on my 2013 Genesis R-spec sedan and the "after" results make it look like my interior is showroom condition. The product is simple to use: apply a modest amount (about a silver dollar) to the fabric pad, spray some water on the seats, wipe down completely, let dry, then buff off. After using it several times I do have some tips. First, don't be shy to use extra water from the spray bottle, it is your friend. If you used just the liquid from the product you would run out in 2 applications and it isn't necessary. Another tip would be to make sure you do NOT touch anywhere you wiped down with your hands. One my first time around after the product was buffed off I could find a couple of finger prints where I must have touched the leather. It would be similar to the waxing of your car and getting a fingerprint in there. Also, do make sure you let it dry and then buff it off completely. One time I forgot to do so, and while the seats looked extra shiny, I would feel the product on the seats. A quick buff will remove the excess product and make it shine to a somewhat matte finish. It really does clean too, look at the pics of the application pad!The pros: Easy to use, inexpensive, and 4 applications has only gone through a half of bottle for a mid-size sedan like my car.The cons: No real cons, just make sure you use a water spray additive and wipe it down after it dries. Also, the fluid is very watery so don't expect a thick liquid when you apply it to the cloth pad.The overall: This product works! It cleans, it shines, and it's inexpensive and easy to use. I have always used Amway leather conditioner/cleaner in the past; have always loved it. But sadly, I recently found that Amway no longer carries this product. This sent me to Amazon... Based on previous ratings and the description I chose this particular brand.I was surprised to get a personal follow-up email a day or two after I received it with a few suggestions to test it etc. never recall having a company reach out to me like that in the past! Just for that they get 5 stars!In first using the product I was taken aback a bit with the odor. It wasn't at all pleasant to me. (Amway's had this great fresh smell) I was happy to find the odor did not linger. My Lazy Boy was in dire need of cleaning. I had started by using what I had left of my old Amway bottle, then finished with this. The two cleaned about the same, but this Leather Nova product appeared to leave my leather smoother to the touch with about the same suppleness.All-in-all I have found a better replacement, although I would prefer a fresher smell. :-) if you have an old leather chair or just anything, give this a try! I have a couple of old purses I need to dig out and give them a try, I think they will be more like new when I am done.Thanks for a great product Leather Nova!

Unlike some reviewers here who want to keep their entire car showroom clean, I just want to keep my beautiful robin’s egg blue small leather recliner soft and clean - and Trinova Cleaner & Conditioner works perfectly. Importantly, it hasn’t darkened my light blue leather, either.It’s easy to put on and cleans well; you’ll see the dirt on the applicator pad after you apply it. Rubbing the surface thoroughly with the pad seems to be key to both cleaning and conditioning the leather. You are then supposed to buff the leather after the product has dried; I frequently forget that part and it doesn’t really make a difference for a small recliner :)The product does have a moderately strong smell that lasts about half a day - you can smell it if you’re sitting in the recliner or standing next to it, but not otherwise (it doesn’t fill the room). I’m sensitive to chemical smells and this one only minimally bothers me. It’s the classic leather cleaner smell, not a harsh chemical cleaning smell.This is an excellent product that I highly recommend.
