Canada's power seed
Not much in this product, nutrition wise. Most of its benefits seem to be enzymatic. Mainly lipase, which helps breakdown fats. I'm sure there must be some other antioxidants and compounds that help with the anti-inflammatory aspect. Tastes like bland oatmeal water. I mix with cold water in a bottle, stir and drink fast and immediately to avoid it settling or tasting the "grit". Although you can mix with anything. This product can aid weight loss and possible cholesterol lowering , but you have to exercise and eat more vegetables while taking any supplement. Milk, Sugar, Refined grains, All meats in the long run will most likely give you diabetes and heart disease based of statistics. Your only hope is adopting a more "vegan" diet , exercise, sleep, meditate, show gratitude and realize there is no quick fix magic supplements. Supplements "aid" your health regime.

Raw Garden Canary seed Powder
I did give this a try, but could not get used to the gritty particles in my shake. I have no doubt that it has good nutritional value and can help many, but the grittiness of the product is a problem for me. If they had made this finer I would continue using this supplement.

Good product
I like to mix this with orange juice or cranberry juice. My family and I drink this or at least try to remember every day. Not all of us like the taste of this product. I think we are 50/50 with who likes it and who doesn’t. I for one like the flavor. It is gritty and it doesn’t bother me. I would keep purchasing if it ever comes back to amazon. If you are In search for powder canary seeds look no further and buy this product for sure.

Just received my order. I am glad the directions are clearly written on the bag. I am only posting this because it is not powdered these are seeds. It is all good for me 👍 this what I wanted. So many people said powder. So mine is not. Alpiste canary seeds. 👍
