Life changing for the lactose intolerant, work very well, no symptoms present when eating dairy, powdery but taste good

When life deals you a blow to enjoying dairy without consequence, this is an absolute must. The only downside (for me) is the raspberry like flavour. But it's worth dealing with the enjoy dairy again.

I was suspecting lactose intolerance for a long time, so tried to avoid milk products, however being on keto diet now this is not always possible (and I love cheese too much to completely eliminate it from my diet anyway!). I use these tablets for almost a month now and although I still occasionally get a bit of bloating or rumbling after a meal, other symptoms (less comfortable 😉) are gone now. Simply, it's nice to be able to keep the meal for longer at last. I know for sure that they work, as once I forgot to take them and all the symptoms were back for that day. The taste is not offensive, they are easy to bite and swallow. I take two each meal with cheese (breakfast) or add extra one when there's a cream, cream cheese and cheese combination in a meal (dinner). Just placed Subscribe & Save order, so I never run out.

Weird flavour, these are normally flavourless but it's got an odd sweet slightly citrus taste like a tic-tac or something. It's ok but doesn't go well with many food flavours... Seems to avert lactose problems mostly so on a par with other poop tablets as I call them...

I’ve had lactose intolerance for a while and have tried a couple of different brands. Some of them are more well-known brands and some of them are generic. I never had really noticed a difference between them and that’s why I kept trying different ones. They are easy to chew and you don’t get that powdery taste in your mouth that you get from other brands. I have also had much less stomach discomfort and have been able to enjoy foods that I’ve had to avoid in recent years. I like the raspberry flavor, but it’s not really something that sticks out once you start eating. I’ve also found that I don’t always need to use the recommended amount based on what I am eating, which is a great value for the money spent.

I love these and keep on hand because I use practically every day. Easy to chew and I like the flavor.

I’ve been pleased with these lactose pills. I was looking for something less expensive than the big name brand pills that they sell. They’re so expensive so I thought I would give these a try because they were more affordable. They seem to be very effective, just as good as the other brand that I was buying. They are chewable and they actually taste good with no chalky after taste. The quality and effectiveness of these pills have met my standards and I’ll continue to buy these over the other brand.

WORKS FAST AND NOT BAD TASTING

Fast acting & great flavor, not chalky. I got these for the flavor as the store bought ones are nice & convenient but not great on taste. This has great flavor. Pricing comparable to store bought one I’ve used previously.
