Dries to hard, durable coating. Review: Like water on a duck's back - I used the top side paint in flat gray after first repairing a wash basin using the TotalBoat polyester structural repair putty. My washer and dehumidifier both drain into the basin so it sees regular use which is why I chose a marine grade paint and I am so glad that I did, water beads right off of it and it looks so smooth and nice. I only painted the interior, but now I think the exterior could use a fresh coat too!
