Bag seems very well made, price was great. Down sized my primary med kit slightly for this and it seems awesome, small profile for what you can fit inside. I also like the way it opens, very easy and efficient. What I was able to fit in mine: tourniquet, pressure dressing, emergency thermal blanket, moleskin, band aids, rubber gloves, flexible adhesive wrap, 3 rolls of gauze, Benchmade safety cutter/ rescue hook, small pill bottle (Tylenol, naproxen, loperamide) lip balm, lighter. I keep mine in my car and usually bring it with me when I do any backcountry hunting/camping/hiking. Can probably add some stuff or take some stuff out that I have but regardless I’d say you can fit everything you require for basic first aid. Will probably be buying another one if not more to have in each of the families vehicles. Last few pictures are in relation to a 32oz rtic tumbler.

This is an excellent pouch overall. It holds a ton and is easy to open and close. My only complaint is that the zippers are just a little bit too loose and will slide down occasionally. But that isn't too big of a deal because the velcro holds it where it should be. In there I have a CAT gen 7, 5x7 combine pad, two quick clot bandages, chest seal, Israeli bandage and shears. And honestly I could probably put more in. Its large. I'm 6'4" 260lbs so I have lots of real estate on my vest so it fits. If you are smaller, this would be best to add to a bag.

This IFAK bag seems to be durable and well made for the money. There a three storage pockets one in the middle and two small ones on each side and will hold all of your life saving essentials. My IFAK bag contains in the middle pocket (1) Pressure Trauma Bandage, (1) Med Compressed Gauze,!(1) Chest seal, (1) Emergency Rescue Blanket, some Burn Bandages, some Antibiotic Ointment & some Alcohol Pads. In one of the side pockets I have Five(5) single Package Gauze, Two Pair Of Latex Gloves. On the Tongue of the bag I have a Roll of Gauze. Still have one side pocket that hasn’t been used, will add some stop bleed. On the outside of the bag I will add my Tourniquet and Shears which will be held in a Tourniquet Pouch and attached to the side of the IFAK bag. Update: Received my ONE TIGRIS Tourniquet Pouch today from Amazon to attach to the side of my IFAK MED BAG. This pouch will save you the room and trouble of trying to get ur Tourniquet inside ur IFAK bag. Very good Tourniquet Pouch I might add, I highly recommend it. See pics above.

I love this little thing. It pops open in a pinch, it is well constructed, and does not have any wasted space. Do to the curved design it compresses contents like gauze when you zip it up. It's the best option for an IFAK in my opinion. Sometimes it seems like they overdo the molle on some items, but this one is just right.

This medical kit pouch is designed for quick opening, securing contents well, and taking up surprisingly little space. MOLLE attachment works quite well. With the right tourniquet holder, you can attach a tourniquet to the exterior of the pouch for immediate access. It's the most useful MOLLE-attached or hand-held design I've encountered for a bleeding trauma kit. I have two of them.

It is small and fits well on my plate carrier. Everything works just nothing is flawless. Zipper isn't firm enough so it unzips a little sometimes and the pull handle sticks under sometimes so you have to look for it. Inside is just enough for a small IFAK, velcro works for whatever you need to ID it with, and the stitching hasn't fallen apart so far. Decent

Plenty of space without being too large. Zippers seem high quality, along with materials and workmanship. Easily holds items for a blow-out kit and then some. The clamshell zipper makes access very quick, and the webbing is spaced properly for molle. Mine also came with a black/white and black/red velcro 1x1 medical patch.

I wanted to put my ifak kit into something smaller but this was a little to small for the ifaks that i got, so i'll end up using it as a boo boo kit! I think you could put a sling, quick clot and a few bandages in it, with some scissors and antibiotics packs, pain pills in smalls containers, like a lipstick one. I think if it was a little bigger and had a quick pull off velcro for it, and a few zipper pockets to keep everything together, it would be perfect FYI. Great product, fast shipment and A+ seller! Très pratique pour ranger tout le matériel de mission, se fixe facilement sur un gilet tactique classique pour un prix dérisoire. On aimerait que nos administrations nous fournissent plus convenablement. En tout cas merci Amazon...

Buena bolsa para guardar cualquier material, en mi caso lo uso como botiquín en mi trabajo y es cómodo de llevar en una mochila o cinturón

Echt geile Lösung. Wie gewohnt bei IFAK Taschen mit Reißverschluss allerdings ist der Inhalt auch gut und schnell erreichbar über die Verbindung mit der Schlaufe und dem klettverschluss vor allem wenn man die ReißVerschlüsse ein bisschen offen lässt. Gerade wenn es mal schnell gehen muss und man an den TQ im inneren kommen muss eine gute Alternative. Auch gut ist dass das Teil flach ist- so kann man es gut beispielsweise zwischen rippenbogen und Arm montieren ohne dass man große bewegungseinschränkung hinnehmen muss

Lo uso como botiquín portátil y es ajustado pero eficiente para su tamaño, buena calidad del tejido, cremallera y trabillas. Ideal para portar en el cinturón.
