An excellent steamer! The only draw back is the cord is rather short. Outside of that the steamer works beautifully.

Works great so far! Took a nice new dress shirt from a folded pack and within about 1.5 minutes , it had no wrinkles. Heavy duty hose for sure. Light weight and it rolls around . This will sure beat the ironing . Could have made the top part where you hand the close a little more secure but other than that, it’s a time saver.

I must say the build quality is better than most, although it is $130. I dislike the permanent red light when the unit is off, I would prefer there to be no LED when off although that was their design decision, I guess it's to let you know the unit is still plugged into the outlet. Steamer works quickly, extends high, and the water tank size is nice.

This is the worst product I have ever bought from Amazon and I am a frequent buyer. The stand is wobbly and the placement of the pants hangers are unusable. The steamer itself is horrible. It does NOT even remove wrinkles after passing over garment 5 or more times. It even spurts water if you have the steamer anything but absolutely level. My $35 Conair handheld unit works 100% better than this. Do not buy or you will be disappointed. I’m even resentful that I have to pkg this lousy pkg up for a return; that’s how bad it is.
