I have been taking this vitamin for roughly a year now, and I must say that it is great. I like this vitamin because it is a vitamin made from food, since it is made from food you can take it on an empty stomach and won't get that sick feeling you get when taking a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum. What's cool about these vitamins is that they are not made with synthetic ingredeints which are found in other vitamins such as Centrum, the ingredients in these vitamins come from real foods, for example according to the label Vitamin C comes from oranges, Vitamin A - carrots and Vitamin E cabbage. The rest of the nutrients in these vitamins come from brewers yeast called s.cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). All ingredients are Non-GMO. When you look at the label and compare the amount per serving to that of a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum you will quickly notice that the dosages in this MegaFood vitamin are a lot lower than that of synthetic vitamins. The lower dosages do not mean that this vitamin has weaker ingredients, the dosages in this vitamin are actually stronger, and they are lower because these vitamins are made from food and food ingredients absorb in the human body easier than synthetic nutrients made in a lab that the body does not recognize. These vitamins come in a very high quality recyclable glass tinted jar that is easy to store and keep cool. Summary: PROS: - Whole food ingredients so you can take the vitamin on an empty stomach. - Vitamins made from real foods such as carrots, cabbage, brown rice and bakers yeast. - All ingredients are Non-GMO, Vegetarian, and iron, gluten, dairy and soy free. CONS: - Vitamin does contains very little saw palmetto. - Although the vitamin contains some probiotics it lack an important probiotic ingredient such as Elderberry (Sambucus). The only REAL vitamins out there are whole food vitamins. Anything else contains chemicals and other residues that are not natural to your body and thus are mostly rejected. Your body absorbs every bit of these vitamins because they gather them from real, living foods (which is why you can take them on an empty stomach). If your taking them for the first time you WILL notice a positive difference. I have been taking whole food vitamins for about 6 months now (Garden of Life Vitamin Code, New Chapter Every Man, and these) and I'm pretty used to them and the healthy feeling they give. Sure they cost a pretty penny more but it is definitely worth it when you consider the amount of nutrition you receive. I guess that philosophy supports organic food in general. Consider the nutrition and what you gain from a health perspective. I will give this 5 stars but one thing you should know is that one a day vitamins are not the optimal way to take vitamins. The best vitamins are the ones you take at multiple times throughout the day. If you take one of these in the morning by the middle of the day you will no longer be receiving nutrients from it. But all in all these vitamins are still alot better than 90% of all the other multi-vitamins on the market. If your afraid to spend a large amount of money on vitamins then get these and take one a day and you have a 2 month supply. That actually isn't that bad for the price. If you want to go all out though, I'd recommend Garden of Life Vitamin Code multi-vitamins. These are good though especially to try out first when moving into whole food vitamins.

I have used this brand for years mega food always has a good quality product for a great price. I am glad they are on Amazon for me to purchase so that I do not have to go into a store and pay more. I think the price is usually better on Amazon for this item These are tablets they are easy to swallow. It’s a great quality product with a good vitamin content for a one a day will buy again. Very helpful for well being. Quality product and consistent quality

These are my go-to, regular everyday vitamins, and I love them for a number of reasons: 1) It's not just a vitamin -- it's giving you food servings as well. 2) It is very easy on your stomach...other vitamins made me feel pretty queasy on occasion. Some of my friends just really, really don't believe in vitamins. I for one, however, find a great value in them. On the other end, I have friends who spend a fortune the 'highest grade' vitamins and supplements, which I have tried...but didn't find much of an added 'benefit' (ok...well really I didn't see any...). This, however, doesn't break the bank...and does get the job done nicely.

So far I have been taking MegaFood Men's One Daily for about six months and can tell the difference. I am not a big fan of taking anything that is not needed nor scour the internet for the next fad. Initially the plan was to take these on an intermittent basis but after a couple of uses there was a marked difference in my energy level and ability to stay on the move all day long without feeling tired. My occupation as a paramedic requires me to stay awake sometimes for up to 24 hours. My day starts with running outside 3-4 miles or hitting the gym before work and on off days. I noticed that after starting on these supplements my day was easier to maintain at a consistent pace even into the late evening hours. It is my feeling that due to nutritional deficits in our food these vitamins help to make up the difference that my body needs. Annual employment required physical with blood work has been great for a 47 year old man. So an active life style, attempting to eat healthy and these supplements appears to be a good combination for me. Now I make sure to take one daily and enjoy the benefits.

Been taking these so far for 8 months and I switch to a different multivitamin a few months in. But wasn't till I switch back to these where I noticed the difference. So I'll be purchasing these from now on 💪💪
