would it help to clean the evap core if i rinse it with clean water after i apply the foam?

I don't know if it would help or not, but I'm not sure how you would actually rinse the core on most cars because they are usually difficult to get to. If you have one that is accessible, and you are able to flush it with water, I would be concerned about water getting into places it shouldn't. Mainly getting into the blower motor, which could create issues with the bearing getting rusted and making noise, or seizing up.

Can I use this in my window ac unit in my home?

I don't know for sure, but my first thought is that it probably would not work very well. The evaporator on a car is somewhat contained. So the foam will fill the case, and cover the evaporator. In a window unit, I'm not sure how contained the evaporator is, so the foam may not fully coat the evaporator.

No plug or adapter to drill for like in the video??

Did you watch the video in this ad, or one online. The one in this ad is the latest version. BG no longer sells the one with the metal nipple. I believe that is what you are asking.
