I got these the first week post partum. I had serious baby blues and was crying every 5 seconds. Maybe it’s a placebo but I do feel more relaxed and less sad since starting to use these. The smell/taste is rather much, very lemony. I don’t notice any stomach discomfort after taking these.

I’ve been taking these for a month now and I have felt a noticeable change. I have a more mellow mood and things don’t seem to bother me as much. I haven’t really felt a huge difference in energy but I must note that my coffee intake has gone down tremendously so maybe my desire dependence has shifted. I saw a lot of comments about the post natal pill smell. It almost deterred me from trying. I’m so happy I tried it myself!! The essence in the bottle is a game changer for a pill with omega fish oils!!! Instead of burping up fish oil and smelling that strong medicinal vitamin smell your greeted with the added lemon essence. The pills also taste like the lemon flavor essence as well! I haven’t had issues with digestion. The only time I got a fish burp was when I didn’t have enough water in my water bottle to wash it down. I drank JUST enough… however I ended up burping up fish essence. I’d say these are effective post natal pills with a decent dosage.

Loving it. It tastes really good. Tried the lemon and also the mint favor. I have actually subscribed for it now. The only thing that I dont like is that sometimes a burp “fishy” taste because of it. However, I am still taking it. I feel like is helping me to replace vitamin lost on breastfeeding.

I ended up switching my vitamin towards the end of my pregnancy I was taking the mint one but I found I like the lemon way way better ! High quality product ! It is spendy but I think it’s worth it for a quality vitamin for you and your baby !

This one has all the necessary vitamins for women postnatal. I took it every day, and I think it works. But I have to say I hate its smell.
