I really like this product because it's 1 softgel per serving. It is easy to take and the quality is excellent. The bottle comes with 60 softgels that basically lasts for 2 months. The delivery is liposomal which makes it more effective in absorption. I could feel some elasticity improvement in my skins. If you do some research on supplements and especially E supplements you will find a lot of surprising facts. After doing some research I find this is a much better form of vitamin E supplement vs. the cheap generic supplements you can get that do not really have much effect. I have had no problem with this brand and no side effects. Easy to take and good clean ingredient list without a lot of extra fillers and additives.
