The bike was a breeze to put together, until the seat. It will not stabilize no matter what I do. I've tried troubleshooting through multiple different resources and nothing works. It seemed to be tightened enough at one point, and then tilted completely so that I fell off the bike.

Buyer Beware - This is a warning against purchasing YESOUL exercycles through Amazon. I have made such a purchase. There is apparently a problem with my YESOUL Exercycle connecting via bluetooth with the YESOUL app. So no speed, time, mileage monitoring that might reasonably be expected for a product such as this is possible. Worse, YESOul support refuses to send me a replacement for its defective Bluetooth transmitter because they say the product that they allow to be sold on Amazon under their name is not actually their product!!! Somehow it is my responsibility to figure out who it is on Amazon that sold me this product (they do not point me to any contact) and send me a replacement part that might not even be in stock!! I cannot believe this situation. As they used to say before consumer protection laws were implemented - buyer beware

Seat is extremely uncomfortable to the point it's unusable and the app connection is spotty

Arrived earlier than expected but when I opened the box the quality of the parts were very poor.. the seat has a tear/cut into it and multiple metal pieces has rust on them. Aside from the garbage quality it does ride nice and is comfortable to ride.

Update Seller tried to offer refund for the product and then didn’t end up giving a refund. Impossible to level, the back wheels to stabilize the level of the bike are impossible to spin to make the bike work without shaking. Had to use nail file to stabilize it. Bolts not as tight after one use. No way to charge phone while using fan. Rather would have paid more money for the screen too. I’d skip

The wrong parts came in the box. I have to wait another 2 days to get replacement. Unacceptable. I bought it because I wanted it fast and wanted I good product. But if I can’t use it what good is it?

This bike is flat out awful. It is unsturdy with cheap bolts/materials and the changes in pressures are pathetic. When you turn the pressure guage even slightly to the right, it becomes unridable due to the break hitting the front wheel immediately. The seat is too far from the handle bars no matter how you adjust it. I should have sent this back immediately and I am regretting it now. Save your money and invest in a better brand.

Product is well-built, and came in a compact box that was well laid out. The instructions were simple to follow and the build process was under 40 minutes. I would definitely suggest this to friend and family.

Ich habe mich oft gefragt, ob es Sinn macht sich einen Heimtrainer zu kaufen. Noch dazu, für einen doch ansprechenden Preis. Ich muss sagen, dass ich es noch nicht bereut habe. Durch den Bildschirm und die Möglichkeit mit dem Smartphone zu verbinden erhält man sehr viele Möglichkeiten die Zeit sinnvoll mit Bildschirminhalten zu nutzen. Entweder zur sportlichen Motivation oder beruflichen Begleitung (wie ich es mache). Da ich viel Zeit im Homeoffice verbringe kann ich meinen Körper etwas Gutes tun und bringe Abwechslung in den Alltag ohne dabei wertvolle Zeit in beruflichen Belangen zu verlieren. Jetzt aber zu Fahrrad selbst. Die Bauteile sind von sehr guter Qualität und lassen sich einfach montieren. Das Fahrrad steht fest und ist sehr leise beim Fahren. Um das Handy nutzen zu können muss man sich die passende App herunterladen. Die Verbindung klappt dann sehr gut. Man merkt jedoch, dass es ein asiatisches Produkt ist. Einziger kleiner Makel ist, dass man die Stromverbindung ziehen muss, sonst bleibt der Bildschirm an. Oder ich habe den "Ausschalter" nicht gefunden. Alles im allen bin ich mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden.
