The battery and inverter showed up a week early and the cartons were in excellent conditions. I work in logistics and my hts off to FEDEX on transporting with no damages. The battery to inverter cable came separately via USPS 1 day after I received the main equipment. So far so good. Everything works as should, and the inverter very quiet unless taking in high amps to charge the battery. I have it limited to 16 amps via 120v outlet. Will definitely be buying more in the near future.

I purchased six inverters, six batteries and six solar tracker systems. I'm currently running two AC 5000W Inverters, charging six 5120Wh LiFePO4 batteries from two1600W Solar Tracker Systems. I plan to be 100% on solar by the end of this year when everything is hooked up. It's great to have a whole system from the same manufacturer. The best part was their customer service. I thought I had an issue with the charging portion and after multiple emails and even a personal teams meeting, I found out the system is charging as intended. I can't speak highly enough about the customer support,(Charlie and Dante) they were the ones constantly reaching out to me to solve the issue and make sure I was satisfied! Easy installation and I think great value for the cost. The only issue I ran into was trying to feed the appropriate size wire to and from the inverters. I had to go with a 200 amp breaker for the a/c out which requires two 3/0 awg wires and a 100 amp breaker for the a/c in which requires two 2 awg wires. Those wires plus two 6 awg wires for the grounds and the two 10 awg wires for the pv is a lot to try and get through the three provided holes. Other than that, everything does what it's supposed to without issue.

I've purchased two batteries and the off-grid inverter. Originally, the inverter would start with a fan failure error code. After several emails Eco-Worthy sent shipping labels and replaced the unit. The replacement unit seems to be working now after configuration of settings. Inclined to give them 5 stars for customer service, but overall can't do it because their user manual is pretty bad, one pages info contradicts another, etc. Then there is quality control with the initially shipped unit. Everything is currently set up, configured and running for my intended purpose. Time will tell.

I upgrading from my small diy setup to these Eco Worthy kits and I am very impressed with their products. I am currently testing 2 inverters in parallel to get 240 volts. During testing I was able to run an electric dryer on high heat. It aslo handled the well pump great. The investors did not like the load of a 2.5 ton ac unit. But had no problems running our hybrid water heater. Take your time on setup and make sure that you set the parameters correctly. At first I missed the load parameter and it was set to mixed loads so it was trying to use solar and utility line power to balance the load and the investors would not handle much because I currently only have batteries connected. I then switched to inverter first for load and bingo it handles the load just with battery power. I plan on building out 6 inverters 3 on each leg. Overall I have no regrets with going with Eco Worthy!

Hace ya 6 meses que compre este producto y quise esperar para hacer una reseña de su funcionamiento y hasta ahora no puedo más que estar agradecida con ecoworthy son los mejores super buen funcionamiento y muy fácil la instalación y con su aplicación que funciona con Bluetooth es fácil de llevar el consumo y la vida de las baterías. Realmente esto ha marcado un antes y un después.

I don't recommend this product unless you are already qualified to work for Ecoworthy as a technician because they seem to have no techs on staff. Maybe skip buying the product and go apply for a job. After that, can you please try to help me and others who need support but cannot even get a return phone call.

Great price and is working flawlessly so far. Only thing to note is I can't comment on the pv input because I only produce 97v from my solar panels and the unit needs over 120v to charge the battery bank. This is my fault and it's listed in the product literature. Eco-worthy if you read this a way to operate the off grid inverter at 80v would be much appreciated. (firmware update?)
