The Overall Concept Of This Golden Age Mexican Film.
This movie is basically about the religious hypocrisy of some individuals who cast stones on others and proclaim to be good citizens and yet they are the worst, it is a highly recommended film for those who think being a fanatic is not wrong.

Misrepresented on Manufacturer's site as English subtitled - please be warned, there are NO subtitles
This is a review for Dona Perfecta The manufacturer of the DVD claims that the DVD has English subtitles (please refer to link below)[...]Based on good reviews I read on the internet, I purchased a used copy of this (the same UPC as posted in the mfr site) It does NOT have English subtitles as claimed on the manufacturer's website. Video quality is that of public domain. Disappointed but subtitles could have redeemed the experience of subpar video. Please be warned
