This supplement is great at helping to prevent UTI's if used as recommended on the bottle. It's a bit pricey, but I've not found any other products that do what this one does. I don't use it everyday, just as needed.

So far it's working.
I am prone to UTIs and most of the time it doesn’t hurt or uncomfortable, but the smell is there. (Sorry for the details). I’ve started taking this as part of my daily routine. I take one a day and feel it’s made a difference. I’ll update when I go for a checkup to see if it actually works. I’ve gotten no side effects and the pills are small and easy to swallow.UPDATE - I recently had my urine checked and bacteria free. will be taking this daily for the foreseeable future!
