The OEM Plaude Pin wrist band is brittle and poor quality broke within a week or so... luckily I found this product because I could not find it at the plaude.ai store online... and i didn't want to buy another brittle poor quality pin frame. This wrist band and plaude pin frame is off good quality and has weathered my wear and tear use greatly.

This continues to be a new technology for me to learn and use; I am 81 years. I tried it for the first time at a DAR meeting in a large room. I was literally flabbergasted at the accuracy of the content that was recorded and printed out. My primary purpose for purchasing it; is to develop a genealogy biography of one of my ancestors where I can verbally quote passages from several texts/resources and then more easily make changes and eventually print out it out. I am still at learning stages. But before purchasing it; I read a lot of comparison reviews of similar products.

works as described. you have to look closely to make sure you are loading the recorder the right way. It can be easy to not position it correctly.

the quality was okay but the plaud note pin did not fit. Had to return

The little nub used to retract the spring-bar, which is a great idea, broke off while removing. Unbeknownst to me it’s also what retains the spring-bar in the band and thus lost somewhere. The band is awkwardly thin anyway and the hook and loop (Velcro) makes it feel cheap. If it had broken in the first 30 days, I would’ve returned it. I will reach out to the manufacturer and see if they’ll warranty it and I’ll update the review if they do.

The Plaud Note Pin fits securely into the case. The wristband is well constructed. I subtracted 2 stars because the closure is velcro, and the edge catches on a lot of things and opens. While not fatal, this is a nuisance that could lead to loss. I would not buy it again and instead find one on Amazon for less money.

This wristband is comfortable to wear and keeps the Plaud Note Pin secure. The nylon band feels breathable and lightweight, and the hook-and-loop closure stays in place. I haven't had any problems with it coming loose or catching on anything. The Note Pin fits well in the holder, and the fit on my wrist is just right. If you want an easy way to keep your Note Pin accessible during the day, this is a great accessory.

I liked this strap enough to get a second one for my office setup. It’s lightweight, breathable, and holds the NotePin securely all day. It is what it is, simple and easy to use. What you see is what you get. I do feel however that it's a bit overpriced
