There’s no outlet on mirror, unclear how to plug mirror in and actually be able to use it. I went through the box and realized that I am missing a piece

European made, 10 year warranty, amazing build quality, whats not to love. These guys were great to deal with, had timely shipping and in my opinion have the best product in at this price point in Canada. You can spend way more getting an Impressions or Hollywood out of the states or grab the diamond X and be tremendously pleased.

Réception du produit très rapide, miroir correspondant largement à mes attentes.J’ai cependant mis 3 étoiles car j’ai eu un problème au niveau du socle, Les trous pour insérer les visses n’etaient pas bien alignés avec les trous qui se trouvent en dessous du miroir.Les trous étaient vraiment éloignés, impossible de mettre les visses, on a dû re percer (et pas qu’un peu afin que les trous soient bien alignés).Ayant eu cette mauvaise surprise je n’ai même pas pu installer mon miroir tout de suite, au vu du prix je trouve cela limite de rater des trous.

Lovely mirror, terrible base the drilled holes don't even line up properly so the base is only held on by two screws which isn't idea as the mirror itself is very heavy!The first mirror I received was damaged but amazon were great with regards to exchanging it, only thing I was slightly annoyed with was that I had to post the mirror back myself, which I did end up being refunded for.
