This is a quality product

Built like a tank, quality materials and workmanship, lots of space for lots of food. I am well pleased with this dehydrator. Only gripe - display is in centigrade, and I couldn't find in instructions how to switch it to fahrenheit until I went to their website. Other than that minor issue, this is one heck of a great dehydrator.

This is the one you want

I bought the previous model years ago and loved it. Saw this newer model and love it more.Definitely get stainless steel over plastic whether you buy this brand or not.
