I wear a 7 what size should I get? Do they run big

Dr. Marten sandals, shoes, boots all run true to size. They also DO NOT OFFER half sizes. You must always confirm the correct size is being offered before making your purchase because unfortunately, not everyone will correctly convert. In order to do this, it's best to always ask the seller to include a photo of the size tag within BOTH shoes in order to see for yourself. With that being said, conversions are as follows:

You stated you wear a Size 7, however I can't currently see your username while commenting to see if you're a male or female to know if you're a Size 7 In Men's or Size 7 in Ladies because that makes a huge difference, so you must be more specific. I'll provide info for both.

Again, please remember Dr. Marten brand DOES RUN TRUE TO SIZE and they ONLY OFFER WHOLE SIZES. So if you ordinarily wear a half size and have never bought or worn a pair before, you may want to stop into a store to try a pair on first to ensure you buy the right size for you. I've been wearing them for over 25 years so I know what size to get for myself. I normally wear a US Ladies Size 8.5 and the UK 6 has always fit perfectly. I also know that if I really want a specific style and the UK 6 isn't available, I can also buy the UK 7 and it will work for me.
If you're still unsure of how the conversion works, Dr. Martens only provides US Men's, US Ladies, UK, and EU sizes on their shoe products. I've provided a link to a shoe conversion chart on Zappos which separates mens, womens and children sizes, includes all of the above as well as inches and centimeter sizes.
