These are good, with the addition of a caffeine kick as well, dissolve quickly and I don't find powdery residue in the bottom of the glass, but you have to swill it around anyway. They are not as sweet as some other brands also.I should have paid more attention to the packaging though as it is 6 plastic tubes with plastic lids and snap off plastic seals. Basically a ton of plastic and I was frowned at when I opened the box. I wish there was a paper bag or more recyclable alternative.

I like the flavour of these in comparison to Borocca - however they do take longer to dissolve and they leave a cloudy residue all over the glass.

As I am recovering from major surgery for oral cancer I need all the help I can get to prevent colds and flu so find the multivitamins beneficial. They dissolve well and taste nice too.
