Don't worry about ink showing on project.
Used in quilt making. Very good product. Used to mark the hand sewn quilting pattern and to embroider signature on projects. Works as advertised and will reorder more ink as needed.

Easy to use and remove
Work just as described, but they run out quickly! Easy to replace ink and easy to use. Sometimes they are hard to get started though. I like them mic better than chalk because they are easily removed with an iron, especially if you make a mistake in marking!

Excellent way to draw an embroidery design and the ink erasers with the heat of your hairdryer
I love using these pens they come in four different colors, depending on the color of the fabric you are using and after you’re done embroidering I just take my hairdryer on hot and the lines disappear right before my eyes definitely worth the price if you draw your own patterns.I used these pens to draw the pattern on the back of my jacket, excellent and easy to use.

Great product, saved me time!
These are great pens. I needed to mark hand quilting lines on an embroidered bedspread I am making and had no idea how to do that and not have to wash. They worked great, easy to start the marking and after doing one square, disappeared when ironed, really disappeared. Thanks for previous reviews, bit really helped. I used the blue, took original and the refill but worked like a charm.

Good so far
I have used it and ironed it. It worked as advertised. I am wondering how long each pen will last. Only time will tell. It dried quickly and flowed smoothly.

Yes, and no...
I've been sewing for a long time, and the available options for marking my cutting lines and seam lines are generally disappointing. So I was curious and hopeful to try these heat-erasable markers. Here's what I discovered:Pros: Easy to use, and makes a nice, consistent, thin line. The variety of colors gives you something appropriate for virtually any color fabric. The white ink is a godsend on black and other dark fabrics.Cons: the pens run out of ink extremely fast. I'm not talking about drying up from non-use, but actually using them. I make purses, and marking the cutting lines and seam lines for one purse uses up one fresh, full pen. And that's being extremely careful to cap the pen constantly and stash it in a ziplock bag when I'm not actually marking fabric. So, the pens become rather costly considering how quickly they run out of ink. The product instructions say to plan on using all of the pens within four months because they will dry out regardless, but mine will have all run out of ink from use long before that.On the plus side, the purchase of one package of markers also includes an offer of 20 assorted refills, but, once again, requesting refills should be timed just right, or, like Cinderella's glass slippers, they too will disappear in four months or less.Would I buy these again? Maybe. They're wonderful at doing what they do, but the fragile, time-sensitive nature of the ink and the limited amount of ink in each marker, makes me sad.

Easy to use and see
Fantastic pens, easy to use and are easy to see on the fabric. Does disappear when heated as zi found out when I lost half my design when I accidentally ironed a seam.

a must-have for quilting
These pens make quilting stress-free. Just mark the design on the fabric (choice of 4 different colors) and stitch over it. Then iron, and the ink completely disappears. Comes with 4 refills, which is good because it seems to me that one refill doesn't last very long. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I do recommend this product! I am re-ordering because I always want to have these pens on hand.
