I'm not sure why these only have a 4-star rating. People seem to find the fit too tight. Well, I guess if you have larger calves these might not work for you. I am not thin by any means, and I don't find them tight or uncomfortable at all. They do fit snug around your ankle/lower leg, but I like that because it prevents them from slipping down as other socks with a loose fit tend to do, especially when worn to bed. They will stay on while you sleep. I love Hanes socks because they actually fit me perfectly. Most shoes and socks start in size 6, while I have small size 5 feet. Hanes fit me like they were made for me. I don't feel childish or uncomfortable with baggy socks that have too much extra fabric.

Originally was looking for these for a costume of Gene Belcher from Bob’s burgers, wound up wearing them all the time!! They’re immensely soft and comfy and still retain their shape. This is not one of those crew socks that wind up in a frumpy clump of fabric at your ankles. I wear these all day and they stay up! The pic I posted is after me walking around for an hour and then taking my shoes off. These socks are amazing!Also a note: I’m a guy with size 8.5 feet. I can’t ever buy guy socks because the heel always winds up above my ankle. These fit me perfectly and the heel is actually on my heel. Also these are a significant amount less than men’s crew socks.

For $5 for four pairs, these can't be beat. Bought these before at a local store ($7 for 3 pairs). They are just good every day socks. They are a little snug, but can stretch back out after washing, and are quite comfortable. Even if they don't last (but so far they have done as well as much more expensive socks), I don't have much invested. So I've bought lots of them.

I have bought previous socks just like these and love the fit. These socks are a little snug around the calf but I would rather have that than have them falling down and feeling like I have to pull them up all the time. They are very soft and have the right amount of cushion in them. I have had the last set for 2 years and they are still going strong so I expect this set will to.

I sized up when I bought these but they were very tight. I have small feet, usually a size 5 to 5.5 but have been noticing I have to size up on foot wear for awhile now on Amazon. I would maybe try again and go up another size because they are great if you want thinner socks for some of those slipper boots that are a little snug, and they are cute and soft. I washed them in cold water and dried them on Air Dry so I know they didn’t shrink. I was disappointed, I really needed them.

These socks are good to wear when exercising, walking, etc. They fit snug on your feet with good arch support. They also have a wicking component which keeps your feet dry. Good product.

I bought these for the cooler seasons of spring and fall, and they’re the perfect weight. They provide just enough comfort without being bulky, and they’ve held up well in the wash as well as scuffling shoeless around the house. I like them a lot and will purchase them again!

These socks are rubbish. My old socks had holes in the heels so I ordered new socks and I was careful to order the recommended size and that they have arch support. As you can see in the photo, these are definitely not the right size and they have no arch support. That could be because the manufacturer has no idea where the arch is, judging by the location of the heel halfway up my ankle. You can see how thin these are also, that is my skin showing through the sock. I'm an adult woman and I wear a size 8 and 1/2 shoes, I ordered the smallest size which should fit women with a shoe size from 5 to 9. Clearly the sock's foot is too long, but the calf size is tight. Furthermore, the seam across the toe is really uncomfortable. I had to turn these socks inside out to be able to wear them, and then I just wear them underneath my old socks that have the holes in the heel. What a waste of money.

Comfortable. If these are like the similar ones I have, they will last a long time. They feel a little tighter than my other ones but not uncomfortably so.

Colours were great

These socks seem well made, but the ankle/calf portion is very tight. If you are a larger individual they are no good.
