No chaulky after taste
Of all the nutrition drinks that I have had, these are definitely the best. They do not leave a chalky flavor in your mouth. I have tried 3 flavors so far and they are all delicious. They are surprisingly filling, for as small as they are. The nutrients and protein in each of these shakes are what your body needs to stay healthy. These are perfect for an elderly person who will not eat much.

A matter of taste
I am a diabetic and even though the Splenda is tasty, I found It almost too sweet. I prefer Glucerna over the Splenda.

Really hard to open
It feels like it's shut with super glue. I've scraped skin trying to open these. The towel method doesn't work very well because the label wrapper isn't attached to the bottle, so the bottle just slides along the wrapper when you try to open it. Other than that, the flavor is okay but there are better ones. It isn't even an issue with the taste of Splenda. You can hardly tell the difference. It just tastes really weird, I guess? I'm a Type 1 diabetic and sometimes I just need a little something to tide me over but it leaves an unpleasant gunky feeling because the shake and the flavors just stick to the inside of your mouth and throat until you wash it down. For the simple fact that they're difficult to open (couldn't imagine someone with gentler hands trying to open these), I wouldn't get them again.

Impossible to open
I am the primary caregiver for my 84yo diabetic mom. She loves the vanilla Splenda shakes. However, they are IMPOSSIBLE to open. I have been thru 3 cases (first thought it was just a manufacturing error with the first, even the second case... But it was not!) and the individual bottles are absolutely impossible to open. First, you have to peel the label off the entire bottle, or it just slips around when trying to twist the cap. Then I have to bang the top hard enough (usually with heavy-duty tools, or smack it hard on a wrought-iron decorative fence in the dinette) to actually BREAK the threads on the cap in order to get it open. Once I used channel locks, but obviously, I don't keep those in the kitchen. If my mother is on her own she resorts to STABBING the lid 4 or 5 times WITH AN ICE-PICK in order to get the product out of the container. Very dangerous! SPLENDA: Will you PLEASE revisit your packaging and fix the containers so that mere mortals are capable of opening and enjoying your diabetic shakes?! PLEASE?! Thank you
