Best mopping system I have come across. I love it! It keeps the dirty water separate and really gets the dirty floor clean. Much more sturdy than my swiffer !

The name alone makes me smile, but apart from that, the product is mostly good with some slight issues. I used the mop for the first time today and noticed when I tried to dry the mop it often resulted in water squirting out the sides of the bucket and onto the floor. Now it was no trouble to mop this up, but the idea that the bucket should be filled to the max line means the water will inevitably spill over to the other chamber and simultaneously squirt out the sides. Not filling it to the max level won’t allow the mop to be completely saturated. This is indeed a conundrum. Overall it is a small matter though. I do not know about durability because I have only owned this mop for one day, but it is easy to use and gets in the corners well without streaking the floor. Only time will tell if the Joy Moop truly brings joy to my mooping.

I was a lil afraid to get this because there were some negative comments, but I have to say this has EXCEEDED my expectations! I love it on my laminate floor - no streaks, smooth mopping love being able to put it back into soapy water and it auto wrings it out so it’s not sopping wet on laminate floors. Then can rinse out the pad often so it stays clean. Really love it 💕

Wonderful product product. So easy to use!

This is a nice concept but when you fill the bucket to the max line put the mop in, clean the floor, put the mop in again to get more water and then use the dirty side to get some of the water off the mop head, it goes back into the clean side. The water seperation isn't the best.

This works great and easy to use and adjust. I like how sturdy and solid it feels and I'm thinking it will get years of use. The extra long length of the pole makes it a pleasure to use when mopping or reaching up to my high ceilings to eliminate a cobweb etc......Sure beats a regular mop!

I like the convenience of the mop and the fact that it’s small I like how it rinses and dries off the mop the only thing I don’t like is when you’re mopping across the floor it leaves dirt lines when you stop and if there’s dust or dirt it doesn’t stick to the mop so you can clean it. You’re just moving the dirt around and you have to pick it up by hand because it doesn’t stick to the mop…so i figured its time to clean the mop again it’s the same And my floors are all hardwood and about 150 years old so they get dusty… I sweep before I mop and the results are the same
