Non sticky, nourishing and a good sheer color.

My daughter and I both love this lip butter. The balms come in a compact tube perfect for your pocket, purse, car and make up bag. The lip balms are deeply moisturizing, with a creamy, luxurious texture that is never sticky or tacky. The fact that it is also glossy provides a nice subtle tint while still being sheer, and flattering. With that said however the $25 price point I feel is outrageous. After all itโs only lip butter! So while I love it, I only buy it once or twice a year and use it very sparingly, saving it for special occasions. I much rather spend $9 on ELF brand and get a similar moisturizing, buttery formula and nourishing feel, although with a slightly stronger scent.

This is my second time purchasing the pink sugar lip gloss from summer fridays. I also have the sweet mint, brown sugar, and vanilla and i love them all but i decided to review the pink sugar because it is my favorite. I got it about a year ago and finished it off so I got another one. This lip gloss is very popular but its for a good reason, It stays on your lips for 2-3 hours before you need to apply it again. Along with that, it gives the perfect subtly pink glossy shine. Great for everyday, simple makeup look. And of course it smells amazing as well. It smells like a vanilla cupcake with a hint of frosting and it is so good. The only reason i am rating it four stars is the price. 24 dollars is a lot for a lip gloss, but i think it is worth it. I definitely recommend this lip balm. I also will say the sweet mint one is my second favorite. It smells really nice, kind of like a mint ice cream. But the pink sugar is the best in my opinion. I love this lip gloss and i will buy it again.
