It is nice to have if you don't have anything else to use for a work out. The resistance is not much so most will need to do high reps to see any real benefit. Would suggest just finding something in your vicinity with weight and being creative. Would not recommend

Not a good way to work out
An interesting product but not really as effective as they make it seem. Using weights is way more realistic, if youโre trying to build muscle. Itโs also very uncomfortable to use.I regret buying this product.
