Hi Wendy. The device is lightweight and can be easily moved. It must not be submerged so you might have to place it on a platform when the kids at ju'ing. Whatever that is. If it's a favorite with pigeons you might expect to spen some time fine tuning your placement. Pigeons are stubborn but this device can keep them at bay if properly deployed.
